We capture each room and outdoor area with detailed notes, photos and 360° videos.
You and the agent or landlord receive a link to the report. Each party can request changes or accept it.
Once both parties agree, the report is locked and can no longer be edited.
You receive a copy of the report and can access it online during your lease and for up to two years after it ends.
At the end of the lease, both parties can review the original report. Rentick can also provide a move-out report if required.
